Information you provide

When you submit an enquiry, FinTorium may collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation details, selected services, project description, expected start date and how you heard about us.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond to requests, understand project needs, communicate with prospective clients and manage business enquiries. We do not intend to sell personal information.

Service providers

Enquiries submitted through our Get Started form are processed by Google Apps Script and sent to us by email using Gmail, both provided by Google LLC. Our website may also be hosted and delivered by a third-party hosting provider. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices, and we only use services that we consider reasonable for running our business.

Retention and security

We take reasonable steps to protect enquiry information and keep it in our email account only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, manage the project relationship, and meet legal or accounting obligations. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may contact us to ask about personal information you have submitted or request correction or deletion where applicable.
